4 ingredient Bliss Balls

So many Bliss Ball recipes require numerous ingredients, but we have simplified it for you with this one. Simple but absolutely delicious. Add a little rum too if you're feeling festive!

Ingredients
 3/4 cup shredded coconut
 3 tbsp coconut oil
Directions

Place shredded coconut in a food processor or Thermomix and blitz for 5 seconds.

Take out 1/3 of the coconut and set aside to coat the balls at the end.

Add the dates, cacao powder and coconut oil to the rest of the coconut and blitz until completely smooth.

If you're adding a little rum to the recipe, you may need to add a little more cacao powder and coconut. Test the consistency as you go.

Using a tablespoon, measure out some of the mixture and roll into a ball and then coat in the coconut.

Set aside on a plate and repeat with the rest of the mixture.

Place in the freezer for 30 minutes to set and then transfer into an air-tight jar and store in the refrigerator.
