Ingredients
 1/4 cup melted butter
 1/4 cup rapadura sugar
 2 eggs
 1 tsp vanilla essence
 1 & 1/4 cup emmerwheat flour (or plain flour)
 1/2 tsp baking powder
Directions

Preheat air-fryer to 200 degrees Celsius.

Mix together the melted butter, rapadura sugar, egg and vanilla.

Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

Roll mixture into balls and place in the air-fryer on baking paper.

Cook for 5 minutes, or until the cookies begin to brown.
