A simple but delicious dessert, made from beautiful, wholefood ingredients.
Preheat air-fryer to 200 degrees Celsius.
Cut both apples directly across the middle (not down).
Scoop out the core of each half and place in the air-fryer and cook for 15 minutes.
While the apples are in the air-fryer, place the macadamias, shredded coconut and cinnamon in a food processor and blitz for a few seconds, but leave as a fairly chunky texture.
Remove the apples from the air-fryer. Divide the crumble mixture and place on top of each half apple.
Return the apples to the air-fryer and cook for a further 3-4 minutes or until the crumble begins to brown.
Remove and serve onto two plates with the coconut yoghurt on the side.
Drizzle with maple syrup.
