Cacao Fudge and Carob Fudge

Fudge two ways, with cacao or carob. A super simple, guilt-free treat that will be a very welcome addition to your fridge!

Yields24 Servings
Cacao Fudge
 8 tbsp almond spread or cashew spread
 1/4 cup maple syrup
 2 tbsp coconut oil
 2 tsp vanilla extract
 1/2 cup coconut cream
Carob Fudge
 8 tbsp almond spread or cashew spread
 1/4 cup maple syrup
 2 tbsp coconut oil
 2 tsp vanilla extract
 1/2 cup coconut cream
 1/4 cup carob powder
1

Place all ingredients in a saucepan and warm on a medium heat, stirring frequently until it forms a smooth consistency.

Pour the mixture into shallow baking tin lined with baking paper and place in the freezer for 3 hours to set.

Cut into evenly sized pieces and store in the refrigerator.
