A healthy take on chocolate crackles, these bliss balls contain some great nutrients and make a very easy snack that you'll be pleased to offer the kids!
Add the dates, coconut, salt, vanilla, cinnamon, coconut oil and cacao melts to a food processor or thermomix bowl and blitz to combine evenly. Taste the mixture and add a touch more salt, cinnamon or vanilla if desired.
Now gently stir through your puffed rice, buckwheat or amaranth until combined evenly.
Use your hands to roll the mixture into 12-14 balls.
Place the rolled bliss balls onto a plate and pop them in the fridge to harden slightly.
When they're ready, enjoy with a hot cup of herbal tea.
