A real taste of Christmas! These three bliss balls (mango, white chocolate and cacao, cinnamon and ginger) make a great Christmas gift arranged in a glass jar - bake it don't buy it!
Chop the dried mango, dates and cashews and place into a food processor or Thermomix with the other ingredients and blend until it forms a fine consistency.
Remove the mixture from the processor and roll into small, even sized balls. Then roll each ball in the extra shredded coconut.
Chop the cashews finely and add to food processor (or Thermomix) with the rest of the ingredients and blend to a fine consistency.
Remove from the processor and roll the mixture into balls. Then roll each ball in the rest of the coconut and place in the fridge for at least 3 hours to become firm.
Chop the dates and almonds and place into a food processor or Thermomix with the other ingredients and blend until it forms a fine consistency.
Remove the mixture from the processor and roll into small, even sized balls. If you like, roll in more shredded coconut or cacao powder. Place in the fridge to become firm.
