Coconut, basil and lime dressing

A divine creamy (but dairy free) salad dressing to keep in your fridge for your salads, or perfect with fish and other savoury dishes.

This recipe gives you enough for one large salad, you can double or triple the ingredients to store some in the fridge. Shake before use.
Ingredients
 1/2 cup coconut cream
 Juice of one lime
 1/2 a cup of fresh basil
 At least a 1/2 a tsp of Changing Habits Seaweed Salt
 ground Changing Habits Pepper to taste
 1 small garlic clove

Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Taste the dressing and make sure the taste is to your liking. Add more of anything you think is needed, such as more coconut cream and oil if it is too strong of a flavour for you.
