Grain Free Cinnamon Muesli

This is a great grain free addition for fresh fruit, chia pudding, yoghurt or even the top of an apple crumble. Make up a big batch it will store for weeks in a sealed glass jar in the pantry.

 1 cup of almonds, roughly chopped
 1/2 cup macadamias, roughly chopped
 3/4 cup shredded coconut
 1 tbsp coconut oil
 1 tbsp honey
 1/2 cup pepita seeds
 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
 A small pinch of Changing Habits Seaweed Salt
 1/2 tsp Changing Habits Nutmeg (optional)

Pre-heat the oven to 170C.

Add all ingredients to a bowl and combine evenly.

Pour the muesli onto a tray evenly and bake in the oven until golden brown (roughly 12-17 minutes depending on your oven)

Remove from the oven and allow to cool.

Once cooled, pour into a glass jar and place in the pantry

Suggested Serving: on top of fresh fruit, on chia puddings, with yoghurt and fruit, on top of apple crumble, on top of ice-cream or custard etc.
