Kraut, Rocket & Avocado Salad

A quick and easy salad I whipped up for lunch today in less than 5 minutes. This salad is so refreshing and is packed with plenty of good bacteria from the sauerkraut, loads of nourishing fats from the Inca inchi oil, eggs and avocado’

 1 cup rocket
 1/2 avocado, sliced
 1-2 boiled eggs, quartered
 1.50 tbsp sauerkraut
 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
 Optional Add Ins: cucumber, carrots, capsicum, beans, sprouts, balsamic vinegar etc.

In a bowl mix together rocket, avocado, eggs, sauerkraut, sesame seeds, oil and any other chosen ingredients.

Sprinkle the salt and dulse over the salad.

Spoon the salad onto a plate and enjoy!
