We're not all just about good food here at Changing Habits, we love looking after the outside of our body as well. Use these homemade bath salts after a long day or when you just want to take time out for yourself and relax, not only do they smell divine, your body will thank you!

 1/2 cup Epsom salts
 1/4 cup baking soda
 10-15 drops of lavender oil

Add all ingredients to a glass jar, put the lid on tightly and shake until well combined.

Use half the mixture in a bath and soak for 15-20 minutes.
