The perfect side dish to serve at the next Barbecue or get-together. The perfect accompaniment to grilled meat and salad.

Ingredients
 6 corn on the cob
 2 tbsp butter melted
 cracked Changing Habits Pepper to taste
 1 cup cheese
 2 fresh jalapenos sliced
 1/3 cup sour cream
 juice of 1 lime
 sml handful fresh coriander
 2 tbsp dried chilli flakes
 2 shallots chopped
Directions

Preheat grill to 180 degrees Celsius.

Boil a large pot of boiling water.

Once the water is boiling, add the corn and cook for a further 7 minutes. Remove and cool.

Slice the corn from each side of the corn cob into "Wedges".

Place a few of the chunks of corn onto a baking dish. Brush with butter and sprinkle with cheese and jalapenos and season with salt and pepper. Repeat by placing more layers of corn with butter , cheese and jalapenos. Season again with salt and pepper.

Place under the grill until the cheese has melted and the ingredients have started to brown.

In small bowl, combine the sour cream, lime juice and veggie stock. Mix well.

Pour the sour cream sauce over the corn and sprinkle with coriander, chilli flakes and shallots.
