Nut Free Chocolate Topped Muesli Squares

Muesli squares

This recipe is GF, DF, GrF, EF, NF, GAPS friendly and is so tasty. You can't go wrong with this one!

 1/2 cup Pepitas
 1/2 cup Sunflower seeds
 1 cup sultanas (oil and preservative free)
 3 tbsp cacao butter, melted
 1 to 2 tbsp raw honey
Chocolate Topping
 2 tbsp honey
 1 tbsp coconut oil

Line a container with baking paper.

Add all ingredients to a food processor and blitz until combined and the mixture comes together.

Press evenly into the lined container and place in the fridge to set.

For the chocolate topping, add the melts and oil to a small saucepan. Cook over a low heat until melted. Once melted remove from the heat and stir through the honey.

Pour the mixture over the top of the slice and return to the fridge to set.

Slice into squares and enjoy!
