This is not a party in your mouth, its a disco! Men and children especially love this, as its not only filling, its delicious... and secretly super nutritious!

Yields1 ServingDifficultyBeginner
1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats
 1 cup filtered water
1 tbsp whole quinoa (we used white quinoa)
A dollop of plain, natural home-made yoghurt
1 tbsp of maple syrup or Changing Habits Maleo
Your desired amount of organic, seasonal fruit (we used pear)
1 tbsp of cashew nut butter or your preferred nut butter
Changing Habits Cinnamon sprinkle on top
1

Using a stainless steel pot, add your oats, quinoa and water.

2

Bring to the boil until the oats and quinoa have absorbed all of the water, continuing to stir while it’s cooking.

3

You may like your oats a different consistency, so alter this if you need to by adding more or less water, or more or less oats.

4

Pour the mix into a bowl, top with yoghurt, fruit then the nut butter. Drizzle with maleo and sprinkle with cinnamon.
