These donuts are a tasty plant-based treat that everyone will enjoy! Made purely from beautiful wholefood ingredients.

Ingredients

 1/2 cup cooked and mashed pumpkin
 1 tsp vanilla essence
 1/2 cup coconut milk
 1/4 cup melted coconut oil or butter (save some to grease the donut tray)
 1 cup blanched almond meal
 1/4 cup tapioca flour
 1 tsp baking powder
Caramel glaze
 3 tbsp coconut butter
 2 tbsp maple syrup
Directions

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease donut tray with melted coconut oil (or butter).

Place the mashed pumpkin, vanilla, coconut milk, melted coconut oil (or butter) and rapadura sugar in a bowl and mix well.

Add the rest of the donut ingredients into the bowl and mix well.

Spoon the mixture into the donut tray.

Bake for 15 minutes and remove and cool completely.

Caramel glaze

Combine the coconut butter and maple syrup in a pot and continuously stir until the ingredients have melted in together. Set aside to cool.

Ice the donuts with the glaze.
