An ideal summer meal, bursting with flavour and packed with nutrients! Simple to prepare and wonderfully satisfying.

Place the steak in a shallow dish and massage the garlic, cumin, coriander powder, ginger powder, chili powder, olive oil and juice of 1 lime into each side. Â
Heat a pan over a medium-high heat. Once the pan is hot transfer the steak and cook for 3 minutes on each side. Set aside to rest for 5 minutes. Â
In a bowl combine the diced mango, chilli, tomato, cucumber, onion and avocado. Mix well. Season with salt and pepper.Â
Once the steak has rested, slice into pieces. Â
Serve with fresh coriander or parsley with lime wedges. Â
