GF, can be DF, GrF, EF, NF
2 1/2 cups of milk (coconut, goat, cow, nut or seed milk or coconut water)
1 cup frozen organic blueberries
1 cup baby spinach
1-2 tsp Changing Habits Probiotics
2-3 capfuls of Changing Habits Colloidal Minerals
A pinch of Changing Habits Seaweed Salt
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 large banana or avocado (for creaminess)
Ice
Sweetener to taste (ie; Changing Habits Dates, stevia, Maleo, raw honey or pure maple syrup)

What do these letters just above the ingrdients mean?
Hi Nancy, sorry for the confusion. The letters stand for Gluten Free, Dairy Free (optional), Grain-free, egg-free and nut-free. It was the old format that we used to publish recipes.
