The ‘Changing Habits’ Blueberry Smoothie

I love smoothies when I'm in a rush, and it's so easy to pack so much goodness into one glass.

Yields1 ServingDifficultyBeginner
GF, can be DF, GrF, EF, NF
 2 1/2 cups of milk (coconut, goat, cow, nut or seed milk or coconut water)
 1 cup frozen organic blueberries
 1 cup baby spinach
 1 Tbsp chia seeds
 1 large banana or avocado (for creaminess)
 Ice
 Sweetener to taste (ie; Changing Habits Dates, stevia, Maleo, raw honey or pure maple syrup)

Add all ingredients to a thermomix or very high quality blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.

Taste the mixture and adjust if needed (ie; add more sweetener, milk or fruit).

Pour into glasses and serve.
