Have you read the ingredients list of a store brought roasted or marinated chicken? After you do you will never purchase another convenient chicken again. Why would you anyways when home cooked tastes so much better and you know what you are eating. Why not experiment with some different spices and rubs and get a gorgeous tasting chicken every time!

Yields1 Serving
 1x organic, free-range chicken
 2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp cracked Changing Habits Pepper
 1 tsp paprika powder
 Chili flakes to taste

Preheat the oven to 180C.

2

Mix all the spices, salt and pepper together in a bowl, and combine with a fork.

3

Place the chicken in a baking tray or dish and cover with the coconut oil.

4

Sprinkle the spice mix over the top and use your hands to rub the oil and spices all over the chicken evenly.
