 2 tsp ground black pepper

Place the water and turmeric in a small pan over low heat until a thick paste is formed (around 10 minutes)

Remove from heat, add coconut oil and pepper.

Store in the fridge for 2 weeks or freeze in small portions ready to be added to meals!
