Immune Boosting Raw Citrus Slice

Do you have trouble getting your kids to take their Changing Habits Probiotics and Camu Camu Powders? Why not try this Raw Citrus slice that is not only immune boosting, gut friendly and full of Cacao and Coconut goodness, your children will not even know its in there and they will definitely be asking for more!

 1 cup macadamias and walnuts (mixed), (washed and soaked in filtered water for a few hours)
 3/4 cup coconut, dessicated
 2 heaped tsp coconut oil
 1 Tbspn Maleo or Maple syrup
 1/2 Lemon or Orange juiced
 zest of 1 Lemon or Orange
Topping
 1 heaped tsp coconut oil
 Maleo or maple syrup to taste

Add all filling ingredients into a food processor or blender and pulse until smooth and combined.

Press the mixture into a container until desired thickness and refrigerate.

Gently melt the Cacao and Coconut oil in a small sauce pan on a low heat until combined and take off the heat, then stir through the Seaweed salt and Maleo or Maple syrup (Try not to heat the cacao mixture on high heat as you want to retain all of the vitamins and minerals)

Pour the Cacao mixture on top of the slice evenly and refrigerate until hard.

Once ready slice and it's ready to eat!

Optional: If you would like a double chocolate styled slice, add a handful of Changing Habits Cacao Melts into the food processor or thermomix when combining the base mixture. You may have to taste this and add a touch more Maleo or Maple syrup to the mixture if it is not sweet enough.
