Pay tribute to Anzac Day with this lovely Anzac Slice. It's wholesome, satisfying and simple to make!

Yields12 Servings
Egg-free Anzac Slice
 1 cup almond meal
 1 cup oats
 1 cup shredded coconut
 1/4 cup cashews, roughly chopped
 1/4 cup coconut oil
 4 tbsp maple syrup
 1/4 cup chopped Changing Habits Datesor sultanas
Regular Anzac Slice
 1 1/4 cups almond meal
 1 cup oats
 1 cup shredded coconut
 1/4 cup cashews, roughly chopped
 1/4 cup coconut oil
 1/4 cup maple syrup
 1 tsp baking powder
 1/4 cup Changing Habits Dates chopped or sultanas
 1 egg

Preheat oven to 180 Degrees Celsius.

Line a small baking tin with baking paper.

Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and transfer into the prepared tin. Using the back of a spoon, press the mixture down evenly.

Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until golden.

Cool on rack and cut into squares.
