Banana Nut Porridge

One of the most sustainable breakfasts to last you throughout the day!

 1/2 cup pecans
 1/2 cup cashews
 1/2 almonds
 1 banana
 1 cup coconut milk
 1 tbsp chia seeds
 1 tsp Vanilla (bean scraped, essence or powder)
Garnish Ingredients
 1 tbs sultanas
 1 tbs pecans
 1/2 apple
 Optional: Drizzle with Changing Habits Maleo

Blend pecans, cashews, almonds, banana, coconut milk, salt and cinnamon until combined.

Add the remainder of ingredients (chia seeds) and mix until well combined.

Roughly chop garnish ingredients: sultanas, cacao melts, pecans and apple with a large knife.

Sprinkle over your porridge!

Suggested Serving: Serve with other fresh fruit, Homemade yoghurt or Homemade kefir.
