Christmas Bliss Balls

A real taste of Christmas! These three bliss balls (mango, white chocolate and cacao, cinnamon and ginger) make a great Christmas gift arranged in a glass jar - bake it don't buy it!

Yields30 Servings
Mango Bliss Balls
 1 cup cashews
 1/2 cup Shredded coconut (plus extra to finish)
 1 tbsp honey
 150 g dried mango
White Chocolate Bliss Balls
 1 cup shredded coconut (plus a little to finish)
 1 cup cashews
 1/2 cup Coconut butter or cacao butter
 1 tbsp honey
 1 tbsp coconut oil
 1 tsp vanilla extract
Cacao, Ginger and Cinnamon Bliss Balls
 1/2 cup Almonds
 1/2 cup Shredded coconut
 1/4 cup Coconut oil

Chop the dried mango, dates and cashews and place into a food processor or Thermomix with the other ingredients and blend until it forms a fine consistency.

Remove the mixture from the processor and roll into small, even sized balls. Then roll each ball in the extra shredded coconut.

Chop the cashews finely and add to food processor (or Thermomix) with the rest of the ingredients and blend to a fine consistency.

Remove from the processor and roll the mixture into balls. Then roll each ball in the rest of the coconut and place in the fridge for at least 3 hours to become firm.

Cacao, Ginger and Cinnamon Bliss Balls

Chop the dates and almonds and place into a food processor or Thermomix with the other ingredients and blend until it forms a fine consistency.

Remove the mixture from the processor and roll into small, even sized balls. If you like, roll in more shredded coconut or cacao powder. Place in the fridge to become firm.
