A delicious combination of fruit and coconut. Made from so many nutritious ingredients, this is the perfect summer/autumn snack that the whole family will enjoy.

Ingredients
Fruit layer
 1/2 mango peeled and chopped
 2 peaches peeled and chopped
 juice of 1 lemon
 1 tbsp maple syrup
coconut layer
 500 g plain coconut yoghurt
 1 tbsp maple syrup
 1 tsp vanilla essence
Directions

Place all ingredients for the fruit layer in a food processor and blend until smooth.

Pour mixture into the ice-cream moulds, filling each of them half way.

Combine al ingredients for the coconut layer in a bowl and mix well.

Spoon the mixture into the ice-cream moulds on top of the fruit layer.

insert the ice-cream sticks into each of the ice-creams and place in the freezer to set.
