Hot Chocolate (two ways)

Warm up this winter with one of these delicious, creamy hot chocolates!

Ingredients
Hot Chocolate
 1/4 cup water
 1 tsp vanilla essence
 1 cup coconut milk (or milk of your choice)
Chilli Cacao Hot Chocolate
 1/4 cup water
 1 cup Coconut milk (or milk of your choice)
Directions
Hot Chocolate (Thermomix method)

Place 1 tablespoon of Gelatin and the water in a small bowl or straight into the Thermomix, stir well and let sit for 5 minutes to "Bloom".

Transfer Gelatin mixture into the Thermomix along with the rest of the hot chocolate ingredients.

Turn timer to 2.5 minutes, heat to 65 degrees Celsius and blend on 2.

One heated, blitz on 10 for 45 seconds.

Pour straight into a cup. Enjoy!

Chilli hot chocolate (stovetop method)

Place 1 tablespoon of Gelatin and the water in a small bowl, stir well and let sit for 5 minutes to "Bloom".

Heat a pot over a high heat and add the milk, cacao, chilli powder and rapadura sugar. Stir well.

As soon as the liquid begins to boil, remove from heat and cool for a couple of minutes.

Transfer the gelatin mixture into the liquid and stir well until the gelatin completely dissolves.

Pour into a cup and enjoy!
