A budget-friendly meal that the whole family will enjoy. Simple but tasty!
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Place all meatball ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
Roll the mixture into balls and place on a lined wire rack.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the meatballs have browned on the outside and are cooked through.
While the meatballs are in the oven, cook the rice and steam the vegetables. Cover with a lid to keep warm.
Place all of the sauce ingredients in a pot and mix well. Heat to a high temperature until the liquid begins to boil and then turn down to medium-low.
Simmer for approximately 10 minutes, or until the liquid begins to thicken and set aside.
Spoon the rice into a bowl and top with the meatballs, vegetables and drizzle with the sauce.
Sprinkle with dried chilli flakes.
