Miso Butter Prawns with Noodles

A beautifully balanced meal with so much flavour! So easy to make, it will more than likely become a regular dish on the weekly menu!

Ingredients
 2 tbsp butter
 1 tbsp white miso paste
 2 cloves garlic minced
 2 cups prawns, peeled with tails left on
 1 bunch broccolini
 150 g noodles (we used thin egg noodles)
 juice of 2 limes
 cracked Changing Habits Pepper to taste
 2 shallots diced
 1 handul coriander
 sprinkle of dried chilli flakes
Directions

Heat a frypan over a medium heat.

Add the butter, miso paste and garlic and cook until the butter has melted and the garlic is soft and fragrant.

Add the prawns and broccolini and cook for a further 5 minutes. Turn temperature to a low heat.

Bring a pot of water to a boil, add the noodles and cook for 5 minutes. Remove and strain from the water.

Stir the noodles through with the prawns etc. Mix well.

Squeeze the juice of the two limes over the noodle mixture.

Divide between two bowls, season with salt and pepper,

Garnish with shallots, coriander and dried chilli flakes.
