Simple Emmer Wheat Bread

Easy to make and delicious to eat

Temperature & cooking time
 Oven 200°C/Fan 180°C/400°F/Gas 6 for 40/45 minutes
Ingredients
 500g Changing Habits Emmer Wheat Flour, sifted (preferably re-milled in a thermomix)
 1tsp Dried Yeast or Sourdough Starter
 1tsp Changing Habits Seaweed Salt
 1tsp Changing Habits Rapadura Sugar
 325ml Luke warm water
 Note: For best results (knead in a thermomix)

Mix all ingredients together into a dough

Knead, shape & place in an oiled 1kg/2lb tin

Leave in a warm place for 40 Minutes

Bake in a preheated oven for 40 Minutes to 45 Minutes at 180°C(400°F) - Gas | 200°C- Fan

    I am very keen to try sour dough with Emmer wheat. Do you have any suggestions on where I can buy a sour dough starter that I can use with Emmer wheat? I have never made Sour dough before.
