500g Changing Habits Emmer Wheat Flour, sifted (preferably re-milled in a thermomix)
1tsp Dried Yeast or Sourdough Starter
1tsp Changing Habits Seaweed Salt
1tsp Changing Habits Rapadura Sugar
325ml Luke warm water
Note: For best results (knead in a thermomix)
Directions
1 Mix all ingredients together into a dough
2 Knead, shape & place in an oiled 1kg/2lb tin
