Craving chocolate but not wanting to make a whole cake? Satisfy the cravings with this single serve jaffa cake. Orange and chocolate are truly the perfect combination!

Ingredients
 1 egg
 zest and juice of 1 orange
 1 tsp vanilla
 2 tbsp maple syrup
 4 tbsp almond meal
 1/2 tsp baking soda
 2 tbsp Changing Habits Cacao Chips (optional)
 sprinkle of cacao powder and or orange slices to garnish (optional)
Directions

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Combine egg, orange juice and zest, vanilla and maple syrup in a small bowl. Mix well.

Add the rest of the ingredients (apart from the garnish) and mix well.

Transfer into a small ceramic container, or oven proof mug.

Bake for 10-15 minutes, depending on if you wanted it softer in the middle or cooked through.

Add orange slices and cacao powder.

7

Eat straight away, while still warm. Enjoy!
