Steak with home made spice rub and coleslaw

Add a little flavour to your steak with this delicious spice rub! Pair with coleslaw with Inca Inchi mayonaise for a clean, balanced and nutritious meal.

Ingredients
Spice Rub
 1 tsp paprika
 1/2 tsp Changing Habits Chilli Powder (add more if you would like more heat)
 cracked Changing Habits Pepper to taste
Steak
 2 steak
 1 tbsp olive oil
Coleslaw
 1 cup purple cabbage shredded
 1 cup green cabbage shredded
 1 carrot grated
Directions

Combine all spice rub ingredients in a small bowl.

Rub the spice mixture into both sides of the steak.

Heat a fry pan over a high heat and add the olive oil.

Add the steak and cook for approximately 3 minutes on each side for a medium sized cut of meat. Remove and rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

While the steak is resting slice the cabbage and grate the carrots and transfer into a bowl. Add the Inca Inchi mayonaise and mix well.
