Hello and thank you so much for the recipes.

Any suggestions for a substitute for Emmer Wheat? I have a medical allergy to gluten (even small amounts).

    Thanks,
    Deborah

Hi Deborah, any gluten free flour should be fine. We haven’t tested a gluten free version of this recipe so if you do, please let us know how it goes! 🙂
