Delicious, nutritious sweet treat that are made in minutes. Made in the thermomix but can be made in a kitchen wiz/food processor.
Enjoy!

Yields1 ServingDifficultyBeginner
1/2 tsp Changing Habits Ginger Powder (or more to taste)
 Desiccated coconut for rolling
Standard Method
1

Place dates into the food processor and blend until they start to become more like a chunky paste – this might take a few minutes in your food processor.

2

Add the cacao, cinnamon, ginger and salt, and blend further to make sure the spices are well combined. By now you should have a nice textured paste with a few lumpy bits of date ready to be rolled.

3

Roll small balls in your hands to help bring the mix together into a firm ball.

4

Roll these balls into a small amount of desiccated coconut – it stops them sticking together and gives them a bit of texture. LADYX

5

These store well in an air tight container on the bench or in the fridge.
