A super simple, super nourishing salad dressing that's full of flavour!

 1/4 cup apple cider vineger
 1 tbsp seeded mustard
 Juice of half a lemon
 1 clove garlic, minced
 1 tsp finely diced basil (fresh or dried)

Combine all ingredients in an airtight glass container.
