Roasted Spicy Capsicum Dip

A beautiful spicy dip to use for any occasion

Yields6 ServingsDifficultyBeginner
 2 cups walnuts, soaked until soft
 4 red capsicums, roasted
 1 tsp chopped garlic
 1 red chilli, hot or medium
 2 tsp lemon juice
 Optional: Tahini, homemade yoghurt, herbs and addtional spices of your choice

Add all ingredients to a food processor and blitz until well combined and lump free.

Taste the mixture and add additional herbs, spices, lemon, garlic, salt or pepper if needed.

Serve with homemade crackers or with chopped up vegetable sticks.
