A beautifully balanced combination of spicy chicken wings with a cooling and healthy ranch dipping sauce. A great side dish or snack!
Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
In a bowl, coat the chicken wings in the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
In another bowl, combine all of the herbs and spices for the chicken wings. Transfer the wings into the mixed spices and use your hands to coat each wing with the spices.
Place the wings onto a wire oven rack with a tray underneath to catch the fat as it cooks.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Combine all of the dipping sauce ingredients in a mixing bowl and then transfer into a small serving bowl.
Place the chicken wings on a plate with the dipping sauce.
Garnish with extra diced chives.
