A healthier alternative to the average sticky date pudding! A perfect, decadent treat for the colder months of the year. Best served warm, but also delicious cold.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line muffin trays with baking paper (it should make 8).
In a bowl, mash the banana and stir through the rapadura sugar, eggs, coconut oil, dates and vanilla. Mix well.
Sift in the flour, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon. Mix well.
Spoon the mixture into the muffin tray and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes, leaving them a little soft on the inside.
While the puddings are in the oven, start on the sauce.
Add all sauce ingredients in a pot and cook over a high heat, whisking continuously until the sauce thickens.
Remove from heat and pour straight over the puddings as they come out of the oven.
Enjoy!

Yum Yum Yum
Good quality, natural without all the nasties is what I like.
I can tell the difference between organic and items with added chemicals.
My palate feels clear and not leave a pastie taste.
We completely agree 🙂
If I left out the bananas do I need to replace it with something else? Thank you 🤩
Hi Alicia, banana is the main ingredient in this particular recipe, but we do have a pumpkin spiced one if that suits you better? https://changinghabits.com.au/recipes/spiced-pumpkin-puddings-with-caramel-sauce/
