A delicious little snack that is packed full of amazing nutrients!

Ingredients
 1 cup hazelnuts
 1 cup toasted coconut flakes
 1 tbsp coconut oil
 1/2 cup desiccated coconut

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Place hazelnuts on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Roast for approximately 7 minutes until the nuts begin to brown.

Transfer hazelnuts into a food processor with the rest of the ingredients (apart from the desiccated coconut) and blitz for approximately 20 seconds.

Roll a small amount of mixture into a ball and roll in the desiccated coconut and set aside. Repeat with the rest of the mixture.

Place in the freezer to set.

Store in an air-tight container in the freezer.
