Maple, Apple and Walnut Muffins

These muffins make a tasty and healthy snack! My whole family loves to eat these. But you have to be quick, they are gone as soon as they are out of the oven!

 2 large (or 3 small) organic free range eggs beaten
 100 g butter
 175 ml pure maple syrup
 350 g apples chopped
 100 g fresh walnuts chopped
 1 tablespoon baking powder

Preheat oven to 350F (175C).

Cream eggs and butter in a bowl until light and fluffy.

Add pure maple syrup, apples and nuts.

Mix well. Sift in dry ingredients.

Stir until moistened.

Put into greased muffin tins.

Bake 20 to 25 minutes

    175ml seems to be a lot of maple syrup?? Is this right?? I just made them and they are very sweet – Other than that they are delicious!
