Crispy Curried Chicken Wings

Chicken wings are always a hit, even with the kids. Keep this recipe handy for a super quick, super easy, super tasty midweek meal!

Yields7 Servings
 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
 Enough Changing Habits Curry Powder to coat the chicken wings liberally
 Generous pinch of Changing Habits Seaweed Salt to cover them
 Generous cracks of Changing Habits Pepper
 15 Chicken wings

Preheat your oven to 200 degrees celius.

Prepare the chicken wings, coating them with the oil on all sides, and then with the curry powder, salt and pepper.

Place them in a lined baking tray, and bake for 30 minutes.

Turn the heat up to as high as you can make it (we did 225 degrees celcius). Continue to bake for another 10 minutes, keeping an eye on them to ensure they do not burn as every oven is different.
